How to set up Matrix with Okfit

Matrix is Okfit’s recommended biometric path for door access and attendance (fingerprint, RFID, or face depending on the device).

Super Admin. Device purchase and first-time integration are done with Okfit support.
Before you start

Steps (high level)
1. In Okfit go to Account Settings → Attendance
2. Click Request Quote if you need to order a device through Okfit
3. After the device is on site, Okfit support integrates it with your gym account
4. Confirm Matrix shows as enabled / connected in Account Settings → Attendance
5. Turn on Consider this membership for access control on membership products that should grant door access
6. Enroll members and staff from their profiles (see How to enroll members and staff on Matrix)
Tips
Keep the device powered on and online whenever you assign or renew memberships
Use the top-bar Matrix Device Info / connectivity cues if the device goes offline
