#

Step 1: Device Selection

  • Client selects one device from the supported list.

  • Okfit confirms the device requirement.

#

Step 2: Order & Payment

  • Device is ordered through Okfit and Matrix.

  • 100% advance payment is required.

  • GST, installation and courier charges are added to the final invoice.

#

Step 3: Device Delivery

  • The device is couriered directly to the client’s location.

#

3. Installation by Matrix Team

  • After delivery, Matrix arranges an engineer site visit.

  • Installation and basic configuration are done by the Matrix engineer.

#

4. Network Requirement (Important)

To integrate the device with Okfit, a Static IP is mandatory.

#

Client Responsibility

  • Client must arrange a Static IP from their Internet Service Provider (ISP).

  • Okfit cannot integrate the device without a Static IP.

⚠️ Please ensure Static IP is ready before integration.

#

5. Device Connectivity

Depending on the model, devices may support:

  • LAN

  • WiFi

  • Both

The Matrix engineer will configure the network during installation.

#

6. Integrating Device with Okfit

Once installation and Static IP setup are complete:

  1. Client shares the Static IP with Okfit

  2. Okfit team configures the device in the system

  3. Device is connected to Okfit backend

  4. Real-time data sync is enabled

✅ Attendance and access data start syncing automatically.

#

7. User Enrollment (Fingerprint / Face / RFID)

  • Members and staff are enrolled through Okfit software

  • Biometric details are linked from Okfit to the device

  • Supported methods depend on the device:

    • Fingerprint

    • Face Recognition
