Okfit automatically sends WhatsApp messages to Gym Members for important class-related events.

When are WhatsApp messages sent?

Automatic WhatsApp notifications are triggered for:

  • Class booking

  • Class booking cancellation

  • Class start reminders

  • Enquiry class booking

Message Templates

  • Messages are sent using predefined WhatsApp templates

  • Templates can be customized within the allowed structure

WhatsApp Credit Usage

  • WhatsApp messages are sent via MSG91

  • Message credits are deducted from your MSG91 WhatsApp balance

Default Behaviour

  • These WhatsApp notifications are enabled by default

  • No manual action is required once WhatsApp is configured

If a Message Fails

  • If a WhatsApp message is not delivered (for example, due to low balance),
    the error will be visible under:
    Activity Reports > WhatsApp Report in the Okfit portal
