How to create a new Class?
Covers: class creation, class name, duration, capacity, trainer assignment
Classes are group sessions like Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, or HIIT that run on a regular schedule with multiple members. Class management is available on the Essential plan and above.
Steps to create a class
1. On the left navigation menu, go to Classes > Add New Class
2. Enter the Class Name (e.g., Morning Yoga, Saturday HIIT)
3. Enter a Description (optional — visible to members in the app)
4. Set the Duration in minutes
5. Set the Number of Spots (maximum members per session)
6. Select the assigned Trainer
7. Choose a Colour Code — helps visually distinguish classes in the schedule view
8. Click Save
