Workout Plans And Diets

Workout plans or exercise schedules can be added to your account from Super Admin or Admin login. To add a workout plan please follow the below steps:

  1. On the left navigation menu, goto Membership & Plans > Add New Workout Plan

  2. In the Add Workout Plan form, enter the Plan name and click Next

  3. Add your plan details in the notepad input by using tables, highlighters, insert images etc

  4. Click Finish

Once, the workout plan is saved, it can be assigned to multiple members.

Workout plans are shown to the member in the member mobile app till the validity of their membership.
