Unable to assign biometric access

Okfit blocks Assign Card / Fingerprint / Face when the member cannot receive access validity yet.

Common causes
No ongoing membership
Membership product does not have Consider this membership for access control enabled
Membership is future-dated (not Ongoing yet) — validity is not sent early (prevents misuse before start)

Fix — turn on Consider for access control
1. Go to Memberships & Plans → View Memberships
2. Edit the membership product
3. Check Consider this membership for access control
4. Save
5. Return to the member profile and try Assign again

Fix — timing
Wait until the membership is Ongoing, then assign biometric access
