Trainers assigned to a Class Schedule can be changed from the left navigation menu Classes > View Classes > Action column > View Class Schedules > Action > Edit Class Schedule.

Class information such as Class name, Description, Duration, Number of spots and Colour code can be edited from the left navigation menu Classes > View Class > Action column > Edit Class.

The member's class attendance can be marked by using the Check-in and No show button in the Class Bookings form.

Class Check-in

When the member attends a pre-booked class, the staff can mark the member's attendance as Checked-in. An email with a Class Check-in confirmation is also sent to the member.

Class No Show

When the member fails to attend a pre-booked class, the staff can mark the member's attendance as No Show. An email with a Class No Show confirmation is also sent to the member.

The member's session is still counted on a No Show. 

You can control the time period prior which the members have the option to cancel their Class Bookings from the member app. To set this time period please follow the below steps:

1. Login from the Super Admin account

2. Goto Classes > Calendar

3. Click on the Class Settings button on the top-right of page

4. ​Enter the hours prior which the members can cancel their booking and click Save

The option to allow Class Bookings from the Member App can be toggled from the Class Settings option as described below:

1. Login from the Super Admin account

2. Goto Classes > Calendar

3. Click on the Class Settings button on the top-right of page

4. Set Allow Class Booking from Member App to ON and click Save

The member can now book themselves to Classes if they have a valid membership purchased.
