To send single or bulk messages via SMS to members and enquiries directly from Okfit, you need to purchase credits where 1 SMS = 1 credit.

How to purchase SMS credits?

1. Login from Super Admin account

2. Goto Account Settings option

3. Click on SMS & Whatsapp tab

4. Click Buy SMS Credits

How to create SMS template?

1. Login from Super Admin or Admin account

2. On the left navigation, goto Dashboard > Broadcast > SMS tab

3. Click on Create SMS

4. Select Category and Template

5. Fill in the variable text and click Save

The template is now available to be sent.

How to send SMS?

The option to send SMS is available under Dashboard > Broadcast > SMS tab and in all report tables by selecting the rows clicking the Send Message button
