How to use Consolidated reports
Covers: Sales Report, Payments Report, Payment Modes, multi-account
Consolidated Report (Admin) shows sales and payment totals that can include memberships, rentals, and POS — not only membership payments.
Where
Sidebar → Consolidated Report (Super Admin / Admin)
Reports
Sales Report — sales / invoice amounts across memberships, rentals, POS (as enabled for your gym)
Payments Report — payment collection across those areas
Payment Modes Report — split by cash, card, online, etc., with filters for Membership / Rental / POS when shown
How to run
1. Open Consolidated Report → Sales, Payments, or Payment Modes
2. Set the date range
3. If you manage multiple linked accounts, use the account picker when shown
4. Export the table if you need a file
Vs Income & Expense Payments Report
Income & Expense → Payments Report = membership payments received
Consolidated → Payments Report = broader collection view (memberships + rentals + POS)
