You can add member's photo either by uploading a file from your computer or taking a snapshot via a web camera.
1. Uploading from computer
In the Upload Member's Photograph field, click on Choose File. Select the file to upload and click Open and finally Save. The member's photo will start displaying in the Member Profile page.
2. Take photo via web camera
To take photo via web camera, we need to turn on the browser camera permission. To turn on the browser camera permission, select the View Site Information icon next to the URL at the top of Chrome and choose Site Settings. Select Allow for Camera option.
Refresh the page for the changes to take effect.
Sometimes, even after updating the photo you may keep seeing the old photo. This is because the browser is fetching data from it's cache. To refresh cache, for Windows press Ctrl + Shift + R and for Mac press command + shift + R

A member can be marked as dormant if they have stopped using your services. Instead of deleting the member, you can mark as dormant. A dormant member will not show in any report table and will be unable to login into the member app.
How to mark a member dormant?
Marking a member dormant is reversible. To mark a member dormant,
- Goto Member Profile page
- Click Update Member Details button
- Scroll down to Is member dormant?
- Check - Yes, member is dormant
How to unmark a member dormant?
To unmark a member dormant,
- Goto Member Profile page
- Click Update Member Details button
- Scroll down to Is member dormant?
- Uncheck - Yes, member is dormant
Where can I see Dormant Member list?
You can access the Dormant Member list from Members > Dormant Members.

Member details can be added by sharing the Enrolment Form link via Email, SMS or Web Whatsapp. The members can fill in their basic details like Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Address, Photo, etc by clicking on the link.

Goto Members > Add Members
Click on Share Enrolment Form tab
Enter the email address or phone number of the person

The Submit button will be enabled after the member check marks the Accept Terms & Conditions box.
The Terms & Conditions can be updated from the Super Admin role. On the left navigation menu, goto Income & Expense > Manage Terms & Conditions to set the terms.

Once a person is ready to be a join your services, you can add them as a member in the software by following the below steps:
Adding a member via form
On the left navigation, goto Members > Add Member
In the Add Member tab, fill in the required member details and click Next
Upload member’s photo and Document ID and select their Data of Joining and click Next
Fill in their bodystats and click Finish
Adding member via Enrolment link
On the left navigation, goto Members > Add Member
Click on Share Enrolment Form tab
Enter the email address or phone number of the person whom you want to add as member
Share form via Email, SMS or Web Whatsapp
How to add member?
When a Trainer is assigned to a member, the member can also select the available slot time from the trainer’s schedule for training.
This helps in managing the members per trainer more efficiently.
Assign Training Slot to Member
Goto the Member’s Profile page > Details tab
Click on Renew Membership
Select the Membership & Trainer
Select the available Training Slot
Note: The Training Schedule of the trainer should be added prior to this step.
Complete the rest of the form and click on Save Membership
A report on all the Trainers schedule is available under Members > Training Planner
