All email addresses added to the software are verified via an email validator services to reduce bounce rates and avoid complaints. 


Note: An email address that does not exists or is not accepting mails (due to full inbox or any other reason) will be marked as invalid. It includes bad syntax emails, bots and spam traps, fake and disposable emails.


Sometimes, there is no definitive way to determine whether this email is valid or invalid due to the heightened security settings on the domain. In such cases also the email will be marked as invalid.


Sending emails to invalid email address will result in a bounce and also attracts a penalty on our email sending account. Therefore, these emails are not safe for sending.

Note: Feature available from Essential Plan onwards


The software has an in-built feature to track personal training sessions between a trainer and a member. Please find the steps to create such memberships below:


1. Goto Memberships & Plans > Add New Membership
2. Enter the membership details, checkmark Yes to Personal Training membership

3. In the Session Details tab, enter the number of sessions allowed

4. Choose Count Session By as QR Code

5. Click Next and Finish 


Assign this membership to the member. Now, when the trainer conducts a sessions with this member, the member can open the member app and generate a QR code by clicking on Record PT button inside the app.


The trainer has to scan this code from their Okfit Manager app to record the session date and time. 


With every scan, the session consumed count will increment. The details of each session can be found under the Staff Profile > PT Sessions & Commissions tab.


Note: In case, the member forgets their phone and is unable to generate the QR code for session scanning, the Admin can always generate the code from the Member Profile > Details tab > Action column > Record PT session option. The generated QR code can be scanned by the trainer from their Okfit Manager app.

Yes, the member app can be customised to your branding.


What will be customised?

The custom app will be available on App Store and Play Store with the following changes:

  1. Brand name of your choice
  2. Logo of your choice
  3. Signup screen image of your choice
  4. The highlight colour inside the app can be of your choice


Note: The features inside the app will be an exact clone of the Okfit app.


How long will it take to develop the app?

It takes 3-4 weeks once we receive the assets from you. The asset details will be shared with you over email.

What will be the customisation charges?

Staff roles who do not have web access enabled can still use the Okfit Manager app. They can login to the Okfit Manager app using OTP which is generated by the Admin from the web-portal.


Generate OTP

To generate the OTP for the staff, please follow the below steps:

  1. Login to the web-portal via Super Admin / Admin access
  2. On the left navigation menu, goto Staff > View Staff
  3. Click on the staff name to go into the Staff Profile
  4. On the Staff Info panel heading, click on Generate app OTP button


A OTP will be generated which can be shared to the staff for logging into the Okfit Manager app.

To login to the Okfit Manager app, click on Login with OTP and enter the 6 digit OTP generated on the web-portal. 


Note: This is a one-time activity and the staff will remain logged into the app until they manually logout or re-login.

An email address with a plus sign (+) is an alias email address. Email plus aliases allow you to create unlimited unique email address by a plus + and a word after your username.

To map member to eSSL machine, please follow the below steps:

  1. Goto the Member’s Profile page

  2. In the Overview tab, Member Info panel, click on Generate ESSL ID

  3. Use this generated ID to create user on the eSSL machine

Once the registered user marks their attendance on the device, it will automatically reflect on the View Member Attendance report table.

This error pop-up is displayed on the web-portal when the software is unable to ping the Matrix access control device. It can be due to the following reasons:

Matrix access control disconnected from power

Check the cables and power lines for any visible power interruption. 

Matrix access control disconnected from internet

Check whether the internet is active and the LAN cable is correctly inserted or wifi password is correctly configured on the device.

Internet router reset or replaced

If the internet router was reset or replaced, it needs to be reconfigured. Please contact us at [email protected]

If none of the above are applicable, please check whether your static IP has changed. 

How to check your IP address?

  • Open your web browser from the computer on the same network as the Matrix access control device

  • Type WhatsMyIp in the address bar

  • You'll see your IP in the Google results

  • It should match the IP given by your ISP at the time of purchasing a static IP

If the IP doesn't match, please contact your ISP. Once the issue is resolved with your ISP, please contact us at [email protected] for reconfiguration.
