Yes, you can create a desktop shortcut for okfit.in. Please find the steps below
- On Google Chrome web-browser type www.okfit.in in the address bar
- Click on the 3 dots button on the top-right
- Select Save and Share option and then Create Shortcut
- Click Create to create the shortcut and select the location as your Desktop

Nov 18, 2024Yes, the member app can be customised to your branding.
What will be customised?
The custom app will be available on App Store and Play Store with the following changes:
- Brand name of your choice
- Logo of your choice
- Signup screen image of your choice
- The highlight colour inside the app can be of your choice
Note: The features inside the app will be an exact clone of the Okfit app.
How long will it take to develop the app?
It takes 3-4 weeks once we receive the assets from you. The asset details will be shared with you over email.
What will be the customisation charges?
An annual recurring fee is charged for member app customisation. Please email to [email protected] to get the estimate.
Can the member app be customised?
Nov 18, 2024At the end of your 7 days free trial you'll be prompted to select a subscription plan to continue using our software services.
You can follow the steps as prompted to make an online payment. On successful payment, it takes about 2-3 minutes to mark the payment to your account. The Invoice / Payment Receipt will be sent to your Super Admin email address.

How to purchase a subscription after trial ends?
Nov 18, 2024Incase where you have forgotten your account password or want to change it for security reasons, you can use the Forgot Password option on the login page.
Reset password
1. Goto Okfit's login page
2. Click on Forgot Password
3. Enter you account email address and click Send Reset Link
4. An email with the reset link will be sent on the given email address. You can click on the link to change your password
How to reset password
Nov 18, 2024This error pop-up is displayed on the web-portal when the software is unable to ping the Matrix access control device. It can be due to the following reasons:
Matrix access control disconnected from power
Check the cables and power lines for any visible power interruption.
Matrix access control disconnected from internet
Check whether the internet is active and the LAN cable is correctly inserted or wifi password is correctly configured on the device.
Internet router reset or replaced
If the internet router was reset or replaced, it needs to be reconfigured. Please contact us at [email protected]
If none of the above are applicable, please check whether your static IP has changed.
How to check your IP address?
Open your web browser from the computer on the same network as the Matrix access control device
Type WhatsMyIp in the address bar
You'll see your IP in the Google results
It should match the IP given by your ISP at the time of purchasing a static IP
If the IP doesn't match, please contact your ISP. Once the issue is resolved with your ISP, please contact us at [email protected] for reconfiguration.
