Dormant is a CRM flag for members who have stopped engaging — it is not the same as Lost (no active membership).

• A member marked dormant (automatically after no visits for a configured number of days, or manually by staff)

• They may still have an active membership

• Use Dormant Members to re-engage people who have gone quiet

• Lost members — no active or upcoming membership

• Expired membership alone does not always mean dormant

• Open the profile, contact the member, set follow-ups

• Update member details / clear dormant when they return
