How to Set Up WhatsApp in Okfit
Yes, Okfit supports sending WhatsApp messages to members — including bulk broadcasts, renewal reminders, and automated courtesy messages. WhatsApp is available on the Basic plan and above.
How it works:
Okfit sends WhatsApp through MSG91, an official Meta-approved WhatsApp Business API provider. You need a free MSG91 account connected to your Okfit account to enable this feature. WhatsApp message delivery costs are charged separately by Meta via MSG91 — they are not included in your Okfit subscription.
Steps to set up WhatsApp:
Create a free account at msg91.com
In your MSG91 account, set up your WhatsApp Business account with Meta (MSG91 provides a free setup service — email [email protected] for help)
Once your WhatsApp Business account is live, go to MSG91 Settings > AuthKey and copy your AuthKey
Email your AuthKey and the WhatsApp phone number to [email protected] — our team will connect your accounts within 1 business day
Once connected, WhatsApp message templates created in MSG91 will automatically sync to your Okfit account

After setup, where do I send WhatsApp from?
Go to Dashboard > Broadcast > WhatsApp to send bulk messages. You can also send individual WhatsApp messages from any member's profile page or from report tables by selecting members and clicking Send Message.
