We have an in-built QR code scanning feature to track Personal Training sessions wherein a QR code is generated on the member mobile app and it is scanned from the Okfit Manager app by the trainer.
How to create a Personal Training membership?
On the left navigation menu, goto Membership & Plans > Add New Membership
Enter the Membership name, Price and Duration
Mark as Personal Training membership and click Next
Enter the total number of sessions allowed in the Session Details field
Select QR Code in the Count Sessions By option
Click Next and Finish
Now, assign the membership to the member.
How to track sessions?
Everytime a training session happens between a member and the trainer, the trainer will generate a QR code from their mobile app by clicking Record PT button. The trainer will scan the QR code from the Okfit Manager app.
This action will store the session timestamp and it will be shown under Staff Profile > PT Sessions & Commission tab and the session count will also progress for the member automatically.
How is session commission calculated?
Session commission is auto-calculated based on the Trainer Commission % saved for the trainer’s profile. The commission is calculated by considering the Membership price and the Trainer Commission %.
Note: In case, the member forgets their phone and is unable to generate the QR code for session scanning, the Admin can always generate the code from the Member Profile > Details tab > Action column > Record PT session option. The generated QR code can be scanned by the trainer from their Okfit Manager app.
How to track Persona...
Workout plans or exercise schedules that are previously added under your account can be assigned to the member at the time of membership assignment.
To assign a workout plan please follow the below steps:
Goto the Member’s Profile page
Click on Details tab
Click on Renew Membership button
Select the Membership and then scroll down to select the Workout Plan for the member
The assigned workout plan will be visible to the member in the mobile app till the validity of their membership.
The workout plan can also be updated at any given point in time while the membership is ongoing.
