The Okfit Manager app is for gym staff and admins to view and manage day-to-day operations on-the-go.

1. Staff or Admin must already exist with Allow web / login access and an email + password

2. Open the Manager app

3. Sign in with the same email and password used on the web portal

Some staff (for example trainers without web access) use a short-lived OTP instead of a password.

1. Super Admin opens the staff profile

2. Click Generate app OTP (shown when the staff member does not have web access)

3. A 6-digit code appears which is valid for a few minutes (also emailed when an email exists)

4. Staff enter that OTP in the Manager app

The app can be used between multiple accounts with easy switching between the accounts.

Eg. A person added as a trainer and a receptionist can login with both roles in the app. A person added as a admin in Gym 1 and Gym 2 can login to both accounts.

1. Open Okfit Manager and sign in to the first gym (email and password, or Use one-time code instead).

2. Open the More tab.

3. Under Account, tap Add Account.

4. Sign in with the login for the other gym.

5. Repeat Add Account for any other gym.

The Account list shows each saved login and its role. The gym you are using is marked Active. The top of More shows that gym’s name and gym ID.

1. Open More.

2. Under Account, tap the other login.

3. The app opens that gym with that gym's data and schedules.

You do not enter the password again to switch, as long as that login is still saved on the phone.
