How to login to Okfit Manager app
Covers: password login, app OTP, iOS and Android
The Okfit Manager app is for gym staff and admins on phone or tablet — not the member app.
Install
Download Okfit Manager from the App Store or Google Play
Password login (web access on)
1. Staff or Admin must already exist with Allow web / login access and an email + password
2. Open the Manager app
3. Sign in with the same email and password used on the web portal
OTP login (no web access)
Some staff (for example trainers without portal login) use a short-lived OTP instead of a password.
1. Super Admin opens the staff profile
2. Click Generate app OTP (shown when the staff member does not have web access)
3. A 6-digit code appears — valid for a few minutes (also emailed when an email exists)
4. Staff enter that OTP in the Manager app
Tips
This is not the Member App OTP on a member profile
If Manager app access is disabled for the gym, contact your Super Admin or Okfit support
After login works, staff still only see what their role and Manage Staff Roles allow
