How to send a payment link
Covers: Razorpay, Stripe, Share Payment Link, Member Payments Due
A payment link lets the member pay the outstanding membership balance online. Requires Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international) connected in Account Settings.
Before you start
Connect a gateway — Account Settings → Online Payment Gateway
Without a gateway, Share Payment Link / Send Payment Link stay disabled
From the member profile
1. Open Member Profile → Details
2. On the membership with a balance, open the Accept Payment caret menu
3. Click Share Payment Link
4. Copy the link, show the QR, or send by WhatsApp / Email / SMS
5. When the member pays successfully, Okfit records the payment automatically
From Member Payments Due
1. Go to Income & Expense → Member Payments Due
2. Row Action → Send Payment Link
3. Share the link the same way
Notes
The link amount is the remaining balance on that membership
Part payments offline still work via Accept Payment anytime
If payment does not appear, confirm the gateway dashboard and ask the member for a payment screenshot, then record manually if needed
