Catalog equipment, print floor QR labels, and track member scans and issues

Equipment lets you catalog gym machines and accessories, print QR labels for the floor, and see member scans and issue reports from the Okfit Member app.

Sidebar → Equipment (Super Admin; not available on Lite — upgrade to Basic or above)

• Add Equipment — create a new item

• View Equipment — list, edit, print QR, delete

• Issues & QR Analytics — open member reports, resolve/reopen, most-scanned list

1. Add each piece of equipment (unique Equipment code + name)

2. Optional: how-to video link, linked exercises for the workout logger, location, next service date

3. Print QR Label and stick it on the machine

4. Members scan with the Okfit Member app to view details, watch the video, log exercises, or report an issue

5. Staff use Issues & QR Analytics to clear open reports
