How to connect an online payment gateway
Covers: Razorpay, Stripe, Account Settings, payment links
Connect one online gateway so you can send payment links and collect dues online. Connect either Razorpay or Stripe (typically one primary gateway for your region).
Where
Top-right email → Account Settings → Online Payment Gateway
India — Razorpay
1. Open Online Payment Gateway
2. Use Connect to Razorpay / Configure Razorpay as shown
3. Enter the required Razorpay account details and save
4. Complete Razorpay KYC if prompted (business docs, bank, website with Terms and Privacy if required)
5. When connected, Share Payment Link becomes available on member dues
International — Stripe
1. Open Online Payment Gateway
2. Click Connect to Stripe
3. Finish Stripe onboarding / verification
4. When connected, payment links use Stripe Checkout
After connecting
Send links from Member Profile → Share Payment Link or Member Payments Due → Send Payment Link
