How to manage online payments with Razorpay
Covers: India gateway, KYC, payment links, auto-record
Razorpay is Okfit’s online payment option for India. After it is connected, you can send payment links for membership balances.
How it works
1. Staff creates a payment link for the amount due
2. Member pays by UPI, card, or net banking
3. Okfit records the payment automatically
Set up
1. Top-right email → Account Settings → Online Payment Gateway
2. Connect / Configure Razorpay and save your account details
3. Complete Razorpay KYC (GST, PAN, bank, and usually a website with Terms of Service and Privacy Policy)
4. When approved and connected, payment links unlock in Okfit

Collect with a link
Member Profile → Details → Share Payment Link
or Income & Expense → Member Payments Due → Send Payment Link
Part payments offline
Use Member Profile → Accept Payment anytime — online gateway is optional for cash/card at the desk.
