How to manage online payments with Stripe

Stripe is Okfit’s online payment option for customers outside India. Once connected, share payment links for membership dues.
Connect Stripe
1. Log in to Okfit
2. Top-right email → Account Settings → Online Payment Gateway
3. Click Connect to Stripe
4. Finish Stripe’s onboarding and verification
How it works
Generate a payment link for a member with a balance
Member opens the secure Stripe link and pays
Successful payment is recorded in Okfit
Collect pending dues
Member Profile → Details → Share Payment Link
or Income & Expense → Member Payments Due → Send Payment Link
Send via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS from the link modal
Notes
Stripe approval is managed by Stripe
Okfit may show a small platform fee on Stripe — check Account Settings copy for the current rate
Desk collections still use Accept Payment without Stripe
