How to print equipment QR labels

Each equipment item has a QR label members scan with the Okfit Member app — for how-to video, linked exercises, and reporting problems. This is not the attendance check-in QR.
Print a label
1. Go to Equipment → View Equipment
2. Click QR on the row (or Edit → Print QR Label)
3. A branded label page opens (gym logo + Okfit, equipment name and code)
4. Print and stick the label on that machine
After members scan
They can view equipment details
Watch the how-to video if you added a link
Log linked exercises in the workout logger (if you linked any)
Report an issue (shows up under Issues & QR Analytics)
Important
Equipment QR is for floor machines — Attendance QR (Account Settings → Attendance) is for IN / OUT check-in only
If you change the Equipment code, reprint the label
Scan counts appear on View Equipment and under Issues & QR Analytics → Most Scanned
