QR code attendance lets members and staff check in and out by scanning printed codes.

Plan: Available on Basic and above. If you see an upgrade prompt, QR is not included in your current plan.

1. Log in as Super Admin or Admin

2. Go to Account Settings (top-right menu)

3. Open the Attendance tab

4. Under QR Code, confirm attendance recording is set to QR code

5. Click Print IN Code and Print OUT Code

6. Print both codes and place them at your gym entrance / exit

- Place IN and OUT codes clearly so members do not scan the wrong one

- Take print out from a printing press to avoid any printing error leaking into QR code

- Laminate or frame the printouts so they stay scannable

- Members need the Okfit Member app; staff need the Okfit Manager app
