Share a public form so prospects can submit their details without staff typing them in.

1. Go to Enquiry → New Enquiry

2. Open the Enquiry Onboarding Link tab

3. Copy the onboarding / remote enquiry link for your gym

4. Share it on WhatsApp, Instagram bio, your website, or QR printouts

• A new enquiry is created in Enquiry → View Enquiries

• Staff can follow up and convert as usual

• A thank-you message may be sent if communication is configured

• Use this link for ads, landing pages, and front-desk tablets

• Train reception to check View Enquiries daily for new online leads
