Capture leads and convert them into members
An enquiry is a lead — someone interested in your gym who is not yet a member.
You can capture and manage enquiries in Okfit by:
Adding them manually from the front desk
Sharing your Enquiry Onboarding Link (public form)
Booking a trial class without converting them yet
Following up until they join or the lead is closed
