How to send a broadcast message
Covers: email, SMS, app notify, WhatsApp, recipient picker
Broadcast Message is where you send one message to many members. There is no separate Bulk Email or Bulk SMS page.
Where
Dashboard → Broadcast Message
Or from member report tables — select rows, then Send Message (same channels via modal)
Needs Basic plan (or Broadcast addon). Lite shows an upgrade prompt.
Send from a report (common)
Active Members, Members At Risk, Members Lost
Also on lists such as Upcoming Renewals, Birthdays, New Members, Member Payments Due, and similar toolbars with Send Message
Channels (Broadcast page tabs / Send Message options)
Email — verify email first
SMS — if SMS is enabled for your gym
Notify on App — push to the member app (short text)
Whatsapp Web — if configured for your gym
Whatsapp (META) — official MSG91 / Meta templates (recommended)
Basic steps (Broadcast page)
1. Open Dashboard → Broadcast Message
2. Choose a channel tab
3. Write the message or pick a template
4. Click Broadcast … → Members
5. Select recipients in Broadcast To Selected
6. Send
Basic steps (from a report)
1. Open the report (for example Members → Active / At Risk / Lost)
2. Select the members in the table
3. Click Send Message and choose Email, SMS, App, or WhatsApp
4. Complete the modal and Send — only the selected rows are targeted
