How to send a broadcast email

Send an email to many members from Broadcast Message, or from a report with Send Message.
Before you start
Account Settings → Account → verify the Super Admin email (Amazon verification). Unverified accounts cannot broadcast email.
Steps (Broadcast page)
1. Go to Dashboard → Broadcast Message
2. Open the Email tab
3. Enter subject and body (AI assist may be available on some plans)
4. Click Broadcast Email → Members (or the matching Broadcast button)
5. Select members → Send
Steps (from a report)
1. Open a list such as Active Members, Members At Risk, or Members Lost
2. Select members → Send Message → Email
3. Complete the broadcast email modal → Send

Copies of member emails (invoices, reminders) use Email copies to — that is separate from broadcast From identity
Check Activity Report → Emails Report for delivery history (not on Lite)
