How to send a broadcast SMS
Covers: SMS tab, DLT templates, SMS credits
Send SMS to many members from Broadcast Message, or from a report with Send Message. SMS uses approved templates (DLT) — not free text.
Before you start
Basic plan or higher (India) with SMS enabled
Enough SMS credits — Account Settings → SMS & Whatsapp → Buy SMS Credits
Steps (Broadcast page)
1. Go to Dashboard → Broadcast Message
2. Open the SMS tab
3. Select an SMS template (Offer / Notice / Greeting / etc.)
4. Broadcast SMS → Members → select recipients → Send
Steps (from a report)
1. Open a list such as Active Members, Members At Risk, or Members Lost
2. Select members → Send Message → SMS
3. Choose the template in the modal → Send
Create templates
Super Admin can use Create SMS on the broadcast SMS flow. For new DLT templates, email [email protected] if your master list does not include what you need.
Notes
Promotional SMS may be limited to daytime hours and a default sender ID (for example 605599 / IOKFIT — see on-screen notes)
Custom sender IDs need DLT registration
