How to setup Whatsapp service?

​You can send Whatsapp messages from Okfit via the official Whatsapp Business APIs through MSG91, our Whatsapp service partner platform. To get started you need to create your account on MSG91 and setup your Whatsapp Business account with META..


Creating an account on MSG91 is free and MSG91 provides a free Whatsapp Business setup service. Once you create your account in MSG91, you can drop an email to [email protected] to setup your account.


Note: To send messages via Whatsapp Business API requires purchasing credits on META. Please refer here for pricing.

WhatsApp MSG91 charges: 500 + GST / mo (to be paid on MSG91)


Creating an account on MSG91

1. Goto msg91.com and click on Signup

2. Click on Signup with Email

3. Fill in the required details and click Next and follow the instructions

4. Select Whatsapp service to get started


Once you login to your MSG91 account, you can refer to this video guide to setup and connect your Whatsapp Business account or you can email to [email protected] for help. 


Connecting MSG91 with Okfit

1. After your MSG91 account is setup, goto MSG91 Settings > AuthKey

2. Copy the AuthKey and along with the phone number used for Whatsapp, email it to [email protected]. 

3. The AuthKey and phone number will be added to your account by our backend team


Once your accounts are connected, the templates created on MSG91 will automatically sync to Okfit. You can now send Whatsapp from your Okfit account.


Delivery Report

To view the delivery status of messages in Okfit under Activity Report > Whatsapp, following steps are required:

​1. In your MSG91 account, goto Whatsapp

2. Select Webhook

​3. Click on Outbound Messages

4. In the URL input enter https://portal.okfit.in/external/wa_delivery_report/msg91
