How it works
1. Staff generates a payment link from the member's profile in Okfit
2. The link is sent to the member via email or SMS — it is pre-filled with the exact amount due
3. The member pays using UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking
4. Payment is automatically recorded in Okfit with the correct amount, date, and mode
How to set up online payments
Okfit uses Razorpay. Your existing Razorpay account cannot be linked — you must create a new one through Okfit's onboarding process.
1. Email [email protected] to request a Razorpay onboarding link
2. Create your Razorpay account using the onboarding link
3. Complete Razorpay KYC — you will need: your business website with a Terms of Service page and Privacy Policy page, GST certificate, PAN, and bank account details
4. Once Razorpay approves your account, online payments will be enabled on your Okfit account automatically

How to Accept Part Payments for Memberships? Covers: split payments, multiple payment modes, partial payment recording |
Okfit allows recording multiple payments against a single membership — for example, if a member pays part in cash and part online, or pays their membership fee in two instalments.
Steps to record part or split payments
1. Assign the membership to the member as normal
2. Go to the member's profile > Details tab
3. Under the membership, click Add Payment
4. Enter the payment amount, mode (Cash, Card, UPI, Online, etc.), and date
5. Click Save
6. Repeat to add the next payment installment when received
The outstanding balance is visible on the member's profile under the membership until all payments are recorded.
