Covers: Razorpay, Stripe, share payment link, member payment dues

A payment link lets the member pay the outstanding membership balance online.

• Account should have an online payment gateway connected - either Razorpay or Stripe

1. Open Member Profile → Details

2. On the membership with a balance, open the Accept Payment caret menu

3. Click Share Payment Link

4. Copy the link, show the QR, or send by WhatsApp / Email / SMS

5. When the member pays successfully, Okfit records the payment automatically

1. Go to Income & Expense → Member Payments Due

2. Row Action → Send Payment Link

3. Share the link the same way

• The link amount is the remaining balance on that membership

• Part payments offline still work via Accept Payment anytime

• If payment does not appear, confirm the gateway dashboard and ask the member for a payment screenshot, then record manually if needed
