Change a member’s current membership to another plan

The Upgrade Membership feature allows you to switch a member’s active membership to a different plan as per your gym’s policy.

1. Go to Member Profile

2. Open the Details tab

3. Click Select Action

4. Choose Upgrade Membership

5. Select the new membership plan

6. Enter payment details (if applicable)

7. Save

• Upgrade can be done to any plan (as per gym policy)

• Price difference handling is decided by the gym

• Partial payments are not supported during upgrade

• The previous membership is marked as Completed

• All historical data remains in the system

• The new membership becomes active immediately
