Temporarily pause an active membership

The Freeze Membership (also known as Pause Membership) feature allows you to temporarily pause a member’s active membership for a selected period. The membership validity will automatically extend based on the freeze duration.

1. Go to Member Profile

2. Open the Details tab

3. Click Select Action

4. Choose Freeze Membership

5. Select the Date range

6. Save

The system will automatically calculate and display the number of freeze days.

• The membership is temporarily paused

• The expiry date is automatically extended

• Freeze duration is added to the membership validity

If needed, you can remove the freeze before the selected end date.

To unfreeze:

1. Go to Member Profile > Details tab

2. Select Action

3. Select Unfreeze Membership
