How to close a Membership?
End an active membership immediately
The Close Membership feature allows you to immediately stop a member’s active membership.

How to Close a Membership
Go to Member Profile
Open the Details tab
Click Select Action
Choose Close Membership
Confirm the action

Important Behavior
Membership is stopped immediately
If there is any pending payment, the system shows an alert before closing
(Clearing payment is optional)
#
After Closing
Membership access is terminated
Membership data remains visible in records
Closed memberships cannot be reopened
