The Enrollment Link is a self-registration web form that you share with prospective members. When a member fills in the form, their details are automatically added to your Okfit account — no manual data entry needed. This feature is available on the Basic plan and above.

How to find your Enrollment Link

1.     Log in as Super Admin

2.     Go to Account Settings (top-right corner)

3.     Find the Enrollment Link — copy it and share via WhatsApp, SMS, or email

When someone submits the enrollment form, they appear in your Members list with the status Pending. You can then review their details, assign a membership, and mark them as Active.
