How to share the enquiry onboarding link
Share a public form so prospects can submit their details without staff typing them in.

Steps
1. Go to Enquiry → New Enquiry
2. Open the Enquiry Onboarding Link tab
3. Copy the onboarding / remote enquiry link for your gym
4. Share it on WhatsApp, Instagram bio, your website, or QR printouts

What happens when someone submits
A new enquiry is created in Enquiry → View Enquiries
Staff can follow up and convert as usual
A thank-you message may be sent if communication is configured
