How to buy SMS credits and use SMS templates

Where
Top-right email → Account Settings → SMS & Whatsapp → SMS panel

Buy credits
1. Open the SMS panel
2. Review rate and minimum purchase on screen
3. Click Buy SMS Credits and complete payment
4. Credits apply to broadcast and other SMS sends

When SMS is unavailable
If you see that SMS is not available, upgrade to Basic (typical for India). International accounts often do not show the SMS panel.

Templates and sender IDs
Broadcast SMS uses templates, not free text
Default sender IDs are shown in Account Settings (for example IOKFIT / 605599)
Custom sender needs DLT registration — follow the guide linked in the UI or contact [email protected]
