Copy of emails like Birthday / Anniversary greetings, Broadcast messages are sent to the Super Admin email address by default.

In case, if you require to receive the emails on a different email address to keep your login inbox clear, you can update it from the Account Settings option. Please find the steps below:

1. Login to your Super Admin account

2. Goto Account Settings > Account tab > Edit Account

3. Update the Email copies to field with the email address you want to receive the email copies to

4. Save

Your Super Admin email remains the same, but the email copies will now be received on the new email address.
