How to Connect Memberships with Classes?


A class must be connected to a membership in order for members to book that class and for sessions to be tracked correctly.

Scenario 1: Connecting a Class While Creating a Membership

Go to Memberships & Plans > Add New Membership

  1. Create a new membership.

  2. Select Session Count By = Class Bookings.

  3. Go the Connect to Class field.

  4. Select the class(es) you want to connect to the membership.

  5. Save the membership.

Once assigned, members with this membership will be able to book the connected classes.

Scenario 2: Connecting a Class to an Existing Membership

Go to Memberships & Plans > View Memberships > Edit Membership

If a class was not connected when the membership was created:

  1. Memberships & Plans > View Memberships.

  2. Select Action > Edit Membership

  3. Go to the Connect to Class field.

  4. Select the required class(es).

  5. Save the changes.

The membership will now be linked to the selected classes, and members assigned to this membership will be eligible to book those classes.

Important Notes

  • Members can only book classes that are connected to their assigned membership.

  • To track class sessions, Session Count By must be selected as Class Bookings.

  • Multiple classes can be connected to a single membership.
