If you are seeing mismatch of attendance time displayed on the software with the actual check-in / out time for members and staff, it is due to the wrongly set time on the Matrix biometric device.

To fix the time on the biometric device, follow the below steps:

1. On the biometric device, open Menu option

2. Goto Settings > Set Date & Time

3. Enter the correct date and time according to the required format

4. Save

After saving, you should see the correct time on the biometric device and on the attendance table in Okfit
