Okfit supports eSSL biometric devices for attendance recording in addition to Matrix devices. eSSL devices record attendance only — they do not control door access. Matrix devices can do both attendance and door access control.

Setting up eSSL with Okfit

To connect your eSSL device, you need to configure the ESSL ID for each member. The ESSL ID links the member's profile in Okfit to their fingerprint on the eSSL device.

1.  Get the ESSL ID for each member from your eSSL device

2.  In Okfit, open the member's profile

3.  Find the ESSL ID field and enter the number

4.  Click Save — Okfit will now pull attendance records from the eSSL device for that member
