Covers: no ongoing membership, Consider for access control, future-dated membership

Okfit blocks Assign Card / Fingerprint / Face when the member cannot receive access validity yet.

• No ongoing membership

• Membership product does not have Consider this membership for access control enabled

• Membership is future-dated (not Ongoing yet) — validity is not sent early (prevents misuse before start)

1. Go to Memberships & Plans → View Memberships

2. Edit the membership product

3. Check Consider this membership for access control

4. Save

5. Return to the member profile and try Assign again

Wait until the membership is Ongoing, then assign biometric access
