How to view active members under a trainer

Active members under a trainer can be viewed from the trainer's profile or from the Ongoing Memberships report table.

Option 1: View from trainer's profile

  1. Goto Staff > View Staff (from Admin role)

  2. Click on the trainer name to open the trainer's profile

  3. Goto the Active Members tab to view the member list

The Past Members tab shows the members whom they trained in the past and the membership has now expired.

Option 2: From Ongoing Memberships report table

  1. Goto Members > Ongoing Memberships (Admin, Receptionist, Sales Manager, Sales Head)

  2. Filter the table by Trainer column

  3. The result show the active members under that trainer
