How to add guests
Covers: Add Guest, no login, attendance, vs housekeeping staff
Guests are people who need a record for attendance or access but should not log in to Okfit.

Add a guest
1. Go to Staff → Add Guest
2. Enter full name and mobile (required)
3. Optional notes
4. Save

Staff → View Guests → open the guest profile

Guest vs Housekeeping staff
Guest = separate Guest record, no Okfit login — best for cleaners or temporary people you only track for attendance/doors
Housekeeping staff type = still a Staff record via Add Staff, also without login
Prefer Guest when they should never appear as staff
