How to edit or delete a product

To change products details after the product is added, use the Edit Product option. To remove it from the inventory, use the Delete Product option

Steps

  1. On the left navigation menu, goto Point of Sale → Dashboard → Products

  2. In the product row, goto Actions → Edit Product

  3. Product name, description, cost, GST / VAT, low stock values, photo and discount can be edited

  4. Click Finish to save

Delete product

  1. On the left navigation menu, goto Point of Sale → Dashboard → Products

  2. In the product row, goto Actions → Delete Product

Delete a product is irreversible and cannot be undone.

  • Changes made to product immediately reflect in the member app
