Covers: add, edit and using coupon codes, member engagement

Coupon codes are custom discount codes created to apply discounts on memberships. Available in Growth and Business plan.

1. On the left navigation, goto Memberships & Plans → Add Coupon

2. Enter the code. Eg. FITOCT2026, GETFIT10, FIRST100

3. Enter the discount percent to be applied on the membership

4. Set the number of times the coupon can be used. Eg. Set 15 if the discount should be available for the first 15 members

5. Select the memberships on which the coupon code should work

6. Set the expiry date of the code

7. Save

Coupons created are shown under Memberships & Plans → View Coupons with a column showing the number of times the coupon has been used.

A coupon created cannot be edited. Delete and create a new coupon if required.

Coupons are applied at the time of assigning membership.

1. Open Renew Membership modal

2. Select the membership and other details

3. Enter the coupon code in Discount Coupon Code field

4. Click Apply Code

5. If the code is valid, the discount is automatically applied. An invalid code shows an error

6. Click Save Membership

• Membership sign-ups - share a coupon code with the member which they can use for their next renewal

• Refer-a-friend - share coupon code when a member refers another member

• Challenge completion - share a coupon code when a member completes a challenge

• Raffle draw - organise fun activity towards increasing member engagement where member picks a coupon code at random
