Complimentary memberships are gifts — no invoice is raised. Usually limited to Super Admin when the feature is enabled.

1. Open Member Profile → Details → Click on the drop down next to Renew Membership > Complimentary membership

2. Select product, dates, plan, trainer as usual

3. Save without collecting payment
