Members can rate and review your services directly from the member app. It helps track unhappy members and allows you time to take action before they leave.

Workout feedback
On scanning the OUT QR code for attendance, a pop-up is displayed on the screen asking the member to rate their workout today with a thumbs up or a thumbs down with an optional comment box.
Where to see: On the left navigation menu under Members → Member Feedback option.
Facility ratings
Member can rate facility on parameters like hygiene, trainers, equipments, value for money, safety and mobile app
Where to see: On the Dashboard → Overview and in the member profile
Class ratings
Members can rate and comment for a class after it's completion from the member app.
Where to see: On the member profile → Classes tab. The average of all ratings for a class is shown on Classes → Calendar
Member sentiment
A positive or needs attention sentiment is calculated for a member based on the average ratings for daily workouts, facility and classes.
Positive: 4 or higher
Neutral: 2.5 to 4
Needs attention: below 2.5
