When a lead is ready to join, convert them so you do not re-type their details.

1. Go to Enquiry → View Enquiries

2. Find the enquiry

3. Open the Action menu on that row

4. Choose Add As Member

5. Complete the Add Member form (details are prefilled from the enquiry where possible)

6. Save the member, then assign a membership from the member profile

• The person becomes a member in Okfit

• Enquiry stats show them as Converted

• You can continue with membership, payment, and attendance as usual
