How to limit class cancellations allowed per member

Use this when you want to cap the number of times a member can cancel their class booking during their membership period.

Eg: When set to 2, the member is allowed to cancel their class booking only twice during that membership period.

Set max class cancellations allowed

You can set the max cancellations allowed when the class is created or through the class edit option.

  1. Goto Classes → Add Class

  2. Fill in the class details and set the Max Cancellations per Member field (leave blank to allow unlimited cancellations)

  3. Click Finish

 

If the class is already created

  1. Goto Classes → View Classes → Action → Edit Class

  2. Update the Max Cancellations per Member field

  3. Click Finish
