You can control the time period prior which the members have the option to cancel their Class Bookings from the member app. To set this time period please follow the below steps:

1. Login from the Super Admin account

2. Goto Classes > Calendar

3. Click on the Class Settings button on the top-right of page

4. ​Enter the hours prior which the members can cancel their booking and click Save
